About Your Instructor, Michael Knox

Michael has been serving the financial industry for over 25 years. He founded 5280 Retirement Group, previously known as Knox Wealth, with a mission to provide optimal financial solutions to his clients for both their current needs and future goals. He values the importance of long-lasting client relationships, creating sound financial strategies, and takes pleasure in helping provide financial security for his clients and future generations.
Knowledge acquisition is important to Michael. He believes in educating his clients so they understand their financial strategies and how they align with their lifestyles. He is passionate about helping people achieve the American Dream and is living his own by being an active member of the community. He and his wife, Amy, volunteer frequently and are involved in multiple organizations and charities.
Michael and Amy are also sports enthusiasts and enjoy spending quality time with their four children, often cheering at their children’s sports games. He enjoyed his coaching careers at Valor and Arapahoe, and to this day, he enjoys coaching on the side.
